Testimonials
"Having had such a close attorney/client relationship with Mr. Delicino I feel I can give a very objective view of the type of individual that Jeremy is both professionally and personally. My story begins with looking at a possible 20 year minimum manditory federal prison term. Jeremy took the time to listen to my side of the story, unlike many appointed public defenders. Based upon what I told him, Mr. Delicino developed one of the finest legal defense strategies I have ever witnessed. His keen sense of legal expertise was shown throughout the duration of my case. Keeping in mind...

"I truly believe that Jeremy Delicino is one of the best attorney’s in the world. I had a federal drug case with no minimum mandatories, but l had my guidelines that were 27 to 33 months. At sentencing, Jeremy argued for a sentence below my guidelines and time served. I did 16 months. I never ever saw a yard and Jeremy also got back every piece of property that the DEA seized from me, cars, Harley, and money in my bank account. The DEA agent that arrested me got so mad that I was released and that l got time...

"I met Jeremy at the lowest point in my life. After my humiliating arrest, and the seeming end of my life, I won the public attorney lottery when by chance Jeremy was awarded my case. I was told in consultation with previous attorneys that my case was open and shut. The government had enough to convict, and that I was facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years in federal prison. Jeremy made all the difference in my case and had a huge impact on my life. In an attempt to keep this short and helpful, here are some of...
